Care Training Portal puts every Illinois training requirement, certificate, and record in one place — so your agency walks into a survey with the paperwork already done.
Built to IDOA Community Care Program & IDPH training requirements. Care Training Portal is an independent training provider — not a state agency.
Care Training Portal runs the whole training lifecycle and leaves a clean, retained record behind every caregiver.
Add a caregiver and pick their course. Add one, or bulk-import a roster by CSV.
Caregivers complete slide lessons with knowledge checks and timed engagement, paced to the requirement.
They pass the exam and a competency check; a branded certificate is issued and logged automatically.
Your dashboard flags renewals before they lapse and keeps every record retained and survey-ready.
Initial and annual caregiver training plus supplemental home-health and assisted-living in-service — each mapped to its governing standard. Caregivers can sign in to take any course assigned to them.
Every completion, exam score, competency sign-off, and certificate is stored, dated, and retained for the required minimum.
Annual training issues a certificate as each quarter is completed — so you always have proof of what's covered, even mid-year.
Choose how each agency's annual year is anchored. The system paces training and flags renewals automatically.
Each agency sees only its own caregivers and records, enforced at the database level. One platform, fully separated.
Anyone with a certificate code can confirm it's genuine on a public verify page — no account needed.
Log sheets, competency forms, exam score cards, and a full compliance packet — formatted to print and file.
Open the portal and your whole roster is color-coded by status. Renewals surface before they lapse, so nothing slips between hire date and survey day.

You're billed when a caregiver actually earns a certificate — not for empty seats. Onboarding is a one-time setup for your agency.
Prepay training seats or settle by invoice — payments handled securely via Payoneer.
Quarterly annual certificates are included in the annual price. Volume pricing available for larger agencies — ask us.
No. We're an independent training provider. Our courses are built to meet the IDOA Community Care Program and IDPH training requirements and cite the governing standards, but we don't claim state approval or endorsement, and the platform never represents itself as a state agency. CNA Exam Prep is supplemental and is not an IDPH-approved Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program.
Request access below and we'll provision your agency account and send your admin login. From there you can add caregivers individually or import a full roster by CSV and start enrolling the same day.
Open the caregiver's record and download a print-ready compliance packet — training log, exam score card, competency evaluation, and certificates — all dated and formatted for the binder. Quarterly certificates mean you have proof at any point in the year.
Each caregiver gets their own login and works through slide-based lessons with knowledge checks and a timed engagement requirement, then a final exam and competency evaluation. Annual training is delivered in four quarterly blocks across the employment year.
You're billed per certificate issued, plus a one-time onboarding fee. Payments are collected securely via Payoneer (card or bank); seats are credited once payment is recorded. No long-term contract.
Tell us about your agency and we'll set you up and send your login details. No commitment to ask.
